Customization upon your needs
We serve receptions of all types of premises, such as Farms, Mining, Residential Complexes, Logistics Companies, Security Companies, Universities, Schools, etc. As you can imagine, they all have different requirements, so we offer the flexibility of configuring Reasons of Visits and in each Reason of Visit, you can add your own set of custom fields. Examples: For an Uber entering your premises to pick up someone you want a custom reason "Vehicle Boarding" with fields to identify the vehicle. For a truck entering to deliver goods you want a custom reason "Goods Receipt" with a field named "Invoice" For a client visiting your premises, you want a custom reason "Client Visit" with a field named "How did you hear from us" to be required. Your premises will have their unique set of reasons and fields. This is an advanced setting that you do just once and use in multiple visit logs.
